Hi guys I wish to be able to access the system after hours but there is no auto attendant. I can dial into the system and be answered by the voice mail (TVP 50) for an extension on no answer. But how do I then get the voice Mail to extend me to the system modem?
many thanks Brian

Cheers Brian

Assign one of the lines to ring to extension 299 during the night. You dial that number and the modem will answer.

Hi Thanks Mbonjani I thought of this but they use the other trunks to extensions this way already. Is it possible to set up one or two digits to forward to the modem?
