Accesses Other Users Voice Mail 2

Hi,
I'm new to the BCM400 that is installed, so appologies if this is a daft question. Is there a was as Admin that I can access users voicemail and delete un wanted messages.
We have some users that have left, but their phones/lines were not dissabled and I've been asked to check their messages. Ideally I don't want to have to go round to all of their desks, I'd prefer to to this from my office location.

in call pilot reset there mailbox passwords to default then you will be able to access them and listen/ delete messages...

i would just delete them....

Use Feature 981 then *. Then you must enter the mailbox number and password. It is in the docs.

Thanks for all the info, unfortunately I have not managed to find the manuals yet.
I also meant to ask if i can change a users vm message remotely, by uploading a .wav as we would like to use corporate voicings.

I have just tried this and I am getting the message "Invalid Password"

My steps were :

Reset users password

press "feature"

dial 981

press the * key

At the promt that says "log" I put in the ext number

I then get "Invalid Password" coming up on screen.

enter mailbox and password as one string
EG mailbox 221 and password 1234 followed by #

LOG: 2211234 #
