Access_Violation errors in macmss.dll

In the last couple of weeks I have started to get VBMAC errors on many workstations. Below is a clip from the VBMacExe.rpt log file.
I have searched Macola and here and can not find a solution to my problem.
Can anyone suggest anything to try?

Macola Version is 7.6.100a -SQL using MSSQL

The pop-up windows error I am receiving is:

When are you getting this error? When you first start up Macola or when you open a new window or what?

Hi Don, I left you a message plz call me at Conde.

The users will be in Macola from 8:00am till about 1:00pm and then the error just starts popping up on multiple workstations.

We have to get everyone out and then restart mssql.

It has happened every day for about 2 weeks. No changes have been made that I am aware of that might cause the problem.

Have you installed any new applications that access a database in the last couple of weeks? It is possible that another program could have installed mismatched MS ADO components. Reinstall the MS Data Access Components version 2.7 (latest service pack) and see if this solves your problem.

Reinstalled MDAC and also shutdown agent, still getting errors.

I had you reinstall the wrong version of Microsoft Data Access Components. Sorry... You'll need to reinstall MDAC 2.5. This MS MDAC install file is locationed in the macsql\msredist folder. The file name is "mdac_t25.exe". Try giving this a whirl.

Hi jaustill,

Just the workstations. Macola doesn't actually run any of it's application components from the server, so nothing needs to be installed there. That is unless you are speaking about a Terminal or Citrix Server.
