I get the following entry in the access_log 219.81.149.166 - - [01/Feb/2005:17:08:31 +0000] "CONNECT ms59.hinet.net:25 HTTP/1.0" 200 17916 . I know that this means that the computer using IP address 219.81.149.166 is trying to proxy and send spam through my server but how do I block it? I have looked in my httpd.conf and there are no entries for proxy. Any help Please surely there must be a way to stop these requests.
