Access97 hot to turn off Tables/Queries/Forms/Reports scrolling transition animation effects

Years ago when I first installed Access97 I managed to turn off the transitions-animation-trailMaking effect when scrolling through the lists of Tables/Queries/Forms/Reports. I recently did a new install and I can not figure out how to disable that feature and I don't know what it is called. Anybody remember how? Thanks.
