Access97 - Email

I have a report that I would like to email. I have created a button on a form and when it is pressed, I want to email a Report.

I have having a problem with the login screen for email. It is not the Exchange Login Screen, but looks like an old cc:Mail login screen. I don't have cc:Mail installed on this machine at all. How do I change the login screen.

I have Outlook as my default mail program. How do I change it so it uses a different service?

This is what I get for a login screen:
