need to import month worth of excel 2003 files into access 2007 for a specific location such as colorado. each excel file is one day of circuit availability data and i need the past month worth. i need to do this every month for the past month. also i need to do a chart showing a group name for a group of dedicated circuits and their availability for the month using a three color scheme: green for a percentage of availabilty for the month then yellow then red.
