Access your mailbox announcement while dialing a DN

Hi Everyone

I am not that familiar with Avaya, so need your help again.

I am trying to dial a DN, and whenever I do it, after 2-3 rings I hear an announcement which says "To access your mailbox, please press pound......."
I checked and compared it with other DNs also but found nothing. And just for the information, that DN belongs to the Contact Centre.

Any lead/help would be appreciated !!!

Print the TN.
What is the FDN and what happens when you dial it?
Do you have CallPilot or some other voice mail system?

Yes, we do have Call Pilot in our system and Aura Messaging Server also.
and whenever I dial this number, after 3 rings it gives me an announcement "Hello, to access your mailbox press #, to leave a message to someone on the syetem enter their number "

The FDN is 3600. I'm guessing that is for Aura Messaging (which I know nothing about) since the message "To access your mailbox, please press pound..." does not sound like CallPilot.
It could be that 774357 is not configured in the system with a mailbox.
It's also odd that the HUNT is 5400. Typically HUNT and FDN would be the same for phones that go to voice mail.
 
Okay, let me change the FDN to 5400 also as HUNT.

And what dies it mean "It could be that 774357 is not configured in the system with a mailbox."??
Do I need to configure the mailbox for it ?

You are dialing 774357 and it forwards to to FDN 3600. If 3600 is a voice messaging system then it needs to be programmed to treat calls to 774357 either as a mailbox or some other application.

Yes, 5400 is the voice messaging system, and what I want is to redirect the call to a queue rather than the messaging system, I have enabled the call forwarding also but it is not happening, call is still routing to the messaging system.

And, I have changed the FDN from 3600 to 5400 also.

wanted to know that user getting using a physical phone or virtual phone. Is this happening to only one user or multiple user?
 
User has Avaya 2050PC soft phone, and it is happening with only one user.
Actually, the user has left the organisation, and the phone has no name now, means not assigned to any user, but it is still associated ti the queue as you can see in the TN.
