Access WVC54GC video via the web

I purchased and have operating the above mentioned internet video camera. I would like to be able to access the comaera via the web (and allow others to do so as well).

I have the system set up so that I can access the GUI via my browser but it only seems to work when I am on my own network. How do I setup to use see the camera via the web?
