Access Wizards not working

Hi Guys,
I hope im in the right forum there are so many here,

Anyway, I have Office 2003 installed.
Im using Access Database and want to use the Query Building Wizards

But I get an error when trying to run any of the Wizards saying they are not installed and to reinstall Office.

Ive reinstalled Office a few times now and get the same error.

It also says to go to the help and check for disabled items, but when I look there is says no items have been disabled??

Ive searched all over but cannot find a solution to this.

Can any of you guys assist me?

It tells me I have all the latest updates except for one for Outlook2003

I had a look through the downloads and addins available but I cant see what you mean?

Only be sure you have the latest SP.

HI PHV,

Thats the page im on just now, I downloaded the new Jet SP as the problem is exactly what I have.

But The service pack tells me the one I have installed already is newer and discontinues.
