Access wizard will not work and goes through configuration each time

Hello,

I am running Office 2000 Premium on W2k OS. Everytime I open access it goes through the "Configuring Access 2000" thing which is a big pain and when I get into Access and want to use a wizard it doesn't work. I have tried reinstalling several times with no progress. Anyone have any ideas?

Are you sure you have the proper rights on the machine? It sounds like the configuration process isn't completing correctly.
