Access went funny

Hi

I don't know what has happened I had a nice database form system working using the switchboard, but it has all now gone wrong. When I select add record on my switchboard the form pops-up but there is none of the other records. But if you add a record it is added to the correct table in the correct place, and I can see all the other records.

Why can't I no longer see the other records in the form?

Sounds like you're opening the form in Add Mode instead of Edit Mode. When in Add Mode, a form will not show old records, only allow the user to enter new ones.
