access violation with taskbar and vnc

My program gives an access violation when hitting the taskbar on a pc when running vnc on this computer. The program does not stop anyway. Hiding the program from the taskbar does not help. Has anybody seen this before and knows how to resolve this ? Wim Vanherp

vnc= virtual network computing
it is a (free) program with a server-service and a client on the workstation that permits to take over the mouse and the keyboard on the remote pc. Wim Vanherp
