access violation in ntdll.dll + wordperfect 6.0

I have a Dell Dimension 4500S with a 1.7GHz celeron processor, 128MB RAM, and a 20GB HD. This machine has Windows XP pro with service pack 1 loaded on it and the problem is as follows:

When trying to print envelopes from WordPerfect 6.0 (I know this is an old version) to an HP LaserJet 1000 I get the following error: WPWin60 caused an access violation in ntdll.dll at 0x77f52216 and then it gives me the choice to cancel or ignore and when you click on either of these WordPerfect closes completely.

I can print anything else from WordPerfect with no problems but I am unable to print envelopes.
