Access version question?

Hi all,
The Db we use has been constructed with access 2002. In the workplace we use Win2000 pro workstations with Access 2000, with 2003 server
Is there any advantage in upgrading our access DB to access 2003.
I am not sure if Access 2007 will work on windows 2000 pro.
