Access unbootable XP HD with new XP HD 1

Here is the situation. My old, itsy bitsy hardrive wouldn't boot up anymore so I bought a new one and started from scratch. I have the second one set up as a slave, and I can browse all of the files on the old Hard drive. However, when I try to access My Documents I get "accessed denied." I only had one user account on the old drive, and one on the new. Operating system on both drives is XP Pro.

Does anybody know how I can access this folder?
