I am trying to create an option box/toggle box in a form that will allow me to choose more than one option. FOr example, the question on the form is "Please check all that apply." How do I make a box that allows someone to check more than one option? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Access Toggle Buttons/Option Boxes

I used a rectangle to group the answers. It is only cosmetic.
An option box will only give you the chance to pick 1 answer in the group.
