access to win2k control panel

Hi guys, I need to get access to the control panel in
win2k. How can I get access to the dll function which
loads this dialog or if there is another way I would
really be grateful.

Read the MSDN article "Integrating with the Shell" chaptrer Contol Panel

Every icon in Control PAnel is in fact a .cpl file from your system directory.

Every .cpl is in fact a .dll files which exports some standard functions. One of them is CPlApplet. All these functions are declared in cpl.h.

Usually the .cpl is called by rundll32.exe
