access to webaccess on server

Evening all

i have the following

NW4.11 SP9
GW5.5
webserver 3
webaccess


all the above installed at default settings and running on the same server

i have installed the web server 3 and then installed webaccess with not to many problems

when i try to access it from outside i just get page cannot be displayed

i have forwarded ports 1677 and 7205 on the firewall to point to the server running it all, but still no success

can anyone point me in the direction of a step by step guide as to what has to point to what and what ports need to be open and point to where


any help would be apprciated

sorry forgot to say that when i type the servers ;ocal adress in then it all works lovely

What does your Sys:\Etc\Hostname file look like?

Hi All

have sorted it now

it was just the firewall was not forwarding port 80 to the server as soon as i did this it was all working

i presume that there is a risk me having port 80 forwared to my server?
