I initiated an update for the UM4730 on a SV8300 and ever since, I am unable to access voicemail. When I direct Internet explorer to the UM4730 IP address, it shows me a message saying downloading updates. Please wait 10-15 minutes. This never goes away, even after I reset card. What can I do to regain access to VM?
