Hi. I installed LearningSpace 5.0 on a Win2000 environment, with SQL2000 as backend db. The Core Module installation was successful (of course: after applying all the available patches...), but after the Collaborative Module setup I found a problem. Setting the "Collaborative Settings" from the web admin UI of LearningSpace Core, when I try to "Test Host Connection", I receive this error: "Connection failed. Unable to secure the Collaboration database."; when I try to "Apply", I receive the same error.
If I open LSTrans.nsf with LotusNotes and I set the "Manager" permission to the Default and Anonymous users, the error disappears and the LSTrans.nsf is correctly "secured" (no access to Default and Anonymous users). Perhaps the username/password info that I insert for the SameTime administrator in the "Collaboration Settings" panel are wrong... but what format I have to use?
Thanks a lot.

try to add in ACL lstrans.nsf that user which was creadted when you install Sametime server (Sametime server administrator).
