I have asked this question before and asking again in case somebody has a solution. When starting Access, by holding the shift key you can gain access to tables, forms etc: Is there a way to disable the shift key and use another key or combination of keys? Your advise would be appreciated.

Check the MS Access Help for 'AllowBypassKey'. There's a code sample in there to show you how to do this.

MasterPO, Thanks for the clue, I found more than one way.
