Access to Standalone App

Hello All,

I have developed what I think is a very solid app for my customer using Access 2000/2002. It has turned out so well that my customer in recommending we sell this app splitting the proceeds. My questions are

1) How do I take an access app, and turn it into a standalone app I can sell?

2) Is there any industry standard on what the percentages should be since my customer actually owns the app I created? We will be negotiating next week so an early response would be very helpful.
