I need to save our access reports in a PDF format.
Is there any way to do it?

Access to PDF files

you can also open the report in design view and click 'File Menu" then Page Setup.
then choose the middle TAB at the top.
Pick "specific printer" button and find Adobe distiller in the list.
Save the report and then when you print it, it always go to distiler and make a .pdf
If you need both then copy the report and give it a new name so you will have two reports, one for each format.
