I have a user who accesses the internet on his laptop via a wWAN connection (wireless internet - through Cingular) and is having trouble connecting to OWA and Citrix. The Citrix client doesn't work at all, and OWA works maybe 1 out of 3 times. Both of them work fine over land-lines, so I'm almost positive it has something to do with ISA and the wireless connection. I believe latency is the main issue here, I just don't know how to go about resolving it. I've made the changes to the Citrix 'client' recommended by Citrix support, but since the server is sitting behind the ISA box, I think the authentication process is getting jumbled going back-n-forth through ISA with that wWAN connection.

Has anybody else ever had to deal with this? Any suggestions or hints are greatly appreciated!

I've already put a post over there, and haven't received any responses yet. This is really starting to aggravate me, of course this is for an executive so it's terribly important. :p

of course.. the wireless are in your office , if it is you can try installing de firewall client in the laptop.

here i resolve some issue inthis way and when the isa server is not present the client never make problems

We had the same problem with Cruise internet connection. it's very slow. the only solution is to do vpn first before OWA/Citrix
