We are currently in the process of splitting our information store into several separate mailstores, rather than one big one. We have moved a number of mailboxes to the new mailstores. Prior to doing this, I, as an enterprise administrator, had the ability to open anyone's mailbox within my Outlook. Now I can't do it, deapite me still having full mailbox rights according to the "mailbox rights" screen in AD users and computers.
Evidently the permissions have been lost in moving the mailboxes so what do I need to do to restore my right to do this?
