Access to other user's folder...

Running Exchange Server 2003. If I right click on "Public Folders". Then go to "open other folder"--> "other user's folder...". I am able to open anyone's Inbox. How can I set permissions to disallow access to user's mail?

Yes, a normal user can do open any mailbox.
Permissions have not been modified on the information store.
 
Unless your users are all a member of a group that you have given elevated rights to, I would suggest you look at the NTFS permissions set on the InfoStore files (EDB & STM).
