Hi
Im sure it is something really simple but....
I have a dell inspiron 5150 which after a few years loyal service decided to give up on me - after speaking to the guys at dell, they advised me to perform a paralell install to enable me to retrieve my "my documents" folder - this i have done.
the problem is that although i can find my old "my documents" folder inc\documents and settings it gives me an access denied message when i try to open/copy/move it.
how can i access/gain control over it? - i am logged in as the administrator in the new install.
Thanking you in advance
Phylis
