Access to MOSS from W2K3.

We are trying to connect to a SharePoint 2007 server from a Windows 2003 web server. I have the web client enabled and running on the W2K3 server. IE is configured to use Integrated Authentication on both W2k3 and SharePoint. I am continually receiving a network prompt requesting for user credentials. This problem does not occur when accessing SharePoint from an XP system using the same user credentials. What is the correct configuration setting to allow a Windows 2003 server connect to a SharePoint server? Thanks.
