Access to Mitel 5000

I have a customer with a site that has the 5000 instead of the 3300 like the other sites and wants me to take care of it but I have not had the pleasure of working on one yet. Is there software or a certain program needed to access it (securetel, putty, etc.)?

Before I get too far into this I need to know if I should pass on this one. I don't imagine it's any harder to work on then the 3300 but if my assumption is wrong please let me know.

You will need DBmanager loaded on your PC and you will need it for that specific version 5000. Version 4 requires a newer program.
