Access To Metaframe Server from Internet 1

We currently have a Winframe Server that users can access through the Internet. There is a router between the Internet and the Winframe server.

If I were to upgrade the Winframe Server to a Metaframe server, would my users still be able to access it through the Internet? Or do I need aditional software?
