Access to GRTD

For accessing GRTD once installed on a client that does NOT have SMI client installed....
I created access class for agents to be able to view only GRTD or RTD.

When I am setting up users to give them the access class, it is not allowing me w/out giving the agent desktop AND call center supervisor in "User Configuration". Is there any other way to setup and give access w/out giving them the supervisor config?
 
Agents cannot have desktop access unless they are supervisors, correct. You might consider creating separate "desktop only" profiles for them. Create an access class that locks them down to just real time displays, and assign them to that.
