For accessing GRTD once installed on a client that does NOT have SMI client installed....
I created access class for agents to be able to view only GRTD or RTD.
When I am setting up users to give them the access class, it is not allowing me w/out giving the agent desktop AND call center supervisor in "User Configuration". Is there any other way to setup and give access w/out giving them the supervisor config?
