Hello. I've a problem with CiscoWorks2000 VPN Monitor:

Once any window of gauge is opened from window "VPN Dashboard Monitor" (access this window choosing the "VPN Managment Solution - > Monitor - > Dashboard" options), the gauge is showed correctly but, when refreshing or closing the window, the error "Access Control Error: Invalid or Insufficient Level Access" appears. I can't accede any other option in ciscoworks (this error ever appears) until an application logout and login is done.

I've reproduced this problem in two different machines. Boths have installed Windows2000 Server and all the hotfixes that Microsoft recommend.
The CiscoWorks applications and versions installed are:
CD One 4th edition
CD Two 3th Edition
RME 3.3
VPN Monitor 1.1.

I've looked for this problem in many forums and in the Cisco Web but I've not found any mention. Somebody knows what can produce this problem?

Suggestion will be welcome. Thank you very much,

David
