Hi,

I am trying to setup NAT so I can allow users to access their webmail while our of the office. I have setup a custom service on the Firebox and setup this service to NAT to the internal address and port of the email server.

This doesn't seem to work! I am seeing the following errors on the logs: -

12/11/06 08:38 firewalld[111]: deny in eth0 48 tcp 20 107 x.x.x.x x.x.x.x 3071 135 syn (default)

Does anyone have any ideas?

Cheers

Lee

I'll take a stab at it, are you trying to connect to OWA in Exchange (web-mail)? In the setup of the custom service what port did you use? Normally all of the web-mail access I have setup have used port 443 (SSL) to access web-mail from outside the office. Or you can use port 80 which is probably not recommended.
