Access to catalogues with a web browser

I have configured a serveur and some PC have no access to the upfront web interface. After enter login and password, the web browser load one more time the login web page.
The configuration is a NT4.0 system with the cognos 7.0 tools. Some PC access to Newsindex without any probeme
