In Exchange 5.5, I had an NT Domain group whose members had full permissions to all mailboxes on an Exchange Server. When I upgraded to Exchange 2000, that group seems to have lost that capability. How can I grant a group or a user full rights to all mailboxes on an Exchange 2000 Server? My boss gets tapped to look through someone's mailbox from time to time.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Right click on the server and go to properties. Click on the Security tab. You have to do a reg hack to get the security tab to show if I remember right. Then give the user you want to have permissions send as and receive as permissions. That user will then inherit full mailbox access.
