Hi,

I want to observe a VDN (Liten Only, access code: *37) from external, using an Incoming Call Handling.

How can I do please?

Thank you very much.

Cordially.

Which screens do I need to use to set up remote access?
I have created a remote acces extension but I can find how to link a DDI to it. I want to be able to use a FAC remotely

Hello

Display the remote Access code, once you have the dial Access, Dial the main Pilote Number, when your hear the Auto-Attendant menú, dial the Remote Access number, once you hear Tone, Dial the VDN Number, But bofore this, verify the COR of the VDN and be sure that this COR has Access to Be Service Observe, also verify for Display System Feature that option for VDN Observe is on Y
