Access Table Lost

I accidently delete the table in my access file. can anybody help by telling me how to recover it freely. there is a software `accessfix' but unable to purchase.

This is one thread dealing with it thread700-870775. I haven't tried it. Can't say I've seen much else (except going back to the last backup;-)).
