Access synchronize not accepting table design change

Why when synchronizing a master database with replica it does not accept the changes that were made on the table design?


For example:

I delete the relation ship between two tables in order to change the Data type to one of them. I deleted the records on the table and updated back to autonumber in to start from number one. Also, I place the relation ship back. When I synchronized it did not accept those changes.
