Access SubReports Not working since rename

Access 2003 using macros and queries
I renamed a subreport and the subreport does not work when I run the report. If I "Print Preview" the subreport, I can see that the subtotals are generated. If I "Print Preview" the main report, the report works but the subtotals do not show up where the subreport has been created.

The new name of the subreport shows up in the drop-down boxes but when the main report is run, nothing is generated.

it sounds like you didnt change the subreport name on the main report

Solution:
open the main report in design view and right click on the subreport and choose properties and there choose the source to the new name

Hi,

Don't forget that you should use the source as the same name of form which you are useing as subform.
