Let me say that the code works. Its been in place for several months. The problem has also occured in Word macros in the company using this command.

We had tracked down the issue to a specific set of circumstances. We recently started setting up several users with dual monitors. The command works fine as long as Access and Outlook are on the same monitor. If they are on different monitors, Access stops responding.

I looked for a previous post but it looks like I may be the lucky first victim.

Any Ideas or better yet, solutions, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You could try the redemption object model (popular answer to surpressing Outlook security, for a price).

Or write your own send mail statement and reference it in access.

I doubt this, but updated display drivers may help.

What version of Access and windows?
