have an ASN with 8 T1s that send voice/data to remote BCMs via the BCM WAN port. All voice is prioritized within the ASN, while data takes a back seat.
However, when a large download is being done across the WAN link, all other data and voice communications ceases. Example, I was downloading a large patch for the BCM at one of the remote sites then everyone elses data stopped. Ping results came back with "request timed out", even from the PC still downloading the patch. I was achieving about 158Kbps on the download, which was still going on. When I cancelled the download all communications came back up...
I thought it may be something with the switches on site, but went to another remote site with different switches and performed the same download, and the same result happened.
Any ideas??
Thanks in advance!
