Access - SQL Server 2000 Linked Table Question

We have recently migrated some data from an Access database onto SQL Server. Part of this migration included us moving the largest tables into SQL Server and setting them up as "linked tables" from Access.

One strange happening is that one of those linked tables is much slower than the rest - and most of the others are significantly larger.

Any ideas why this should be happening? The table is indexed in a similar way to the others.

Thanks

Graham
