I downloaded the snapshot viewer and exported a report to a .snp file. I have embedded PowerPoint drawings as OLE fields in the report. After looking at the output I noticed that all the text had dissapeared from my PowerPoint drawings, but some text remained. The difference was that the text that remained was Verdana and the text that was missing was Times New Roman.
Indeed, I printed the report out and the Times New Roman was still missing. I changed one of the fonts from TNR to Verdana in the PP drawing and it now shows up in the snapshot.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is this the only workaround, to use a different font?
