Access shows additional tables in relationship view

I have a few tables but here is where my problem/question occurs:

I have tables:

Core Details - (coreID(pk),coreDate,LocID)
Locations - (LocID(pk),Locations)

Access keeps adding and an additional table called Locations_1. Why does this keep happening?

it is a copy of the locations table. i would just delete it if you don't need it. my guess is that the table was double clicked when the relationshps were first set up.
