Access Server, Firewall blocking ports

Hello,
I have a webserver running at a data center that requires that I access the control panels via ports 2082 and 2086. The problem is that they are part of the blanket of closed ports where I work and there is no way to get them opened.

Is there a proxy browser that will allow me to acess these addresses or something of that nature? It's the only option I can figure.

As an extra bit of info, I can do this on my Mac or PC so that may offer some other ideas.
