Access Serial port through Telnet

Hi everyone,

Would it possible to access and manipulate the serial port (com1 or com2) through telnet? If possible, what are the correct parameters to access the serail port on a network.

It's possible, but you'll need a Terminal Server of some sort. It'll convert an ethernet connection into serial and vice versa.
