Hello,
I have a form that all members of my team have acces to enter and lookup entries. There is one field that I dont want them to be able to edit. I want them to either have no edit access to that field, or once something is in the field, I want the field locked. Can Access have security set down to the field level?

so you know... This is an authorization form, it is an Object field where I can insert my signature. As long as nobody know where the signature file is, that would be OK, they wouldn't be able to insert it...but, they can copy the signature from an existing record and copy it into the new record.

Is there a better way to do this? (I am sure there is) Basically I just need to put some sort of signature, check box, yes/no box...whatever, but nobody else can do it.

Any ideas?

thanks
