Does anyone know how to take advantage of the Access Runtime program in a Sharepoint SErvices Environment?

I want to upload an Access database to Sharepoint and allow uses to use the database. Those users do not have Access installed on their computer. I was hoping the runtime installed on the server would allow for this.

Dont think that is possible, you coudl however link a list to the access database, and your users could access the data that way

Ok, so how would I do that? And what if the users do not have access installed locally on their workstations.
