Access Runtime Version Connect to Different Data Sources 1

I am planning to deploy a runtime Access database. The application will be distributed to different organizations. The primary use of the application is to connect to and report on a SQL server database on the backend. Though each organization has the same SQL database, it has a different name for each organization. We plan to connect to the database backend using ODBC. Does anyone know if there is a way to relink the tables or update the ODBC connection when the database opens, rather than creating a separate runtime version for each organization?
Please forgive me if I am asking this question the wrong way or am incomplete in my understanding of how these connections can be made. I'm a little new at this!
Thanks in advance.
